We offer individual therapy, child and teen counseling, family therapy, and couples counseling. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), EMDR, play therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to your unique needs.
Yes! We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy sessions for clients across Wisconsin. Virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person care and offers added flexibility and convenience.
We accept a variety of insurance plans and also offer out-of-pocket rates. If we’re not in-network, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement. We also offer sliding scale fees to help make therapy more accessible.
Therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients see progress in a few sessions, while others choose longer-term support. We’ll collaborate with you to create a plan that works best for your goals.
